NOTES

My mom gave me this skeleton as part of a set of three, with the other two going to my brother and sister. It’s one of those random gifts that only my mom would think to buy. I’ve always liked the contradiction of a skeleton, something so directly associated with death, sitting peacefully in meditation. There’s something comforting about the relationship between the two, finding peace and stillness in something we usually fear.
